Abstract
Physical activity improves health and reduces risk factors for diseases such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, etc. However, nowadays, studies on the effects of physical activity on memory are and academic achievement does not have a clear linkage mechanism. Studies have shown that physical activity improves brain function in both the short and long term. And can reduce the risk of memory loss. It also helps to increase beneficial chemicals in the brain and reduce stress hormones. Which plays an important role in building the connections of the nervous system by stimulating the growth of neurons and the connections of new neurons Which increasing brain activity is the cornerstone of the learning process. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that physical activity has both short-term and long-term benefits on academic achievement.
