ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาไปสู่ความยั่งยืนของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคนครปฐม

Abstract

This research was a qualitative research with the objective to study the problem condition and development guidelines for sustainability of Nakhon Pathom Technical College. The target groups were college administrators, teachers, hired teachers and educational personnel of Nakhon Pathom Technical College, totaling 117 people in the academic year 2021. The research instruments were semi-structured online interview with Google Form, data analysis, using content analysis and separating the data in the form of SWOT Analysis and checking the qualitative analysis of the data by the third-party verification. The results of the research showed that;

1. The results of the problem condition analysis revealed that the college’s personnel lacked of knowledge about using new technologies which led to effective teaching and learning management.


2. For the guidelines for development towards sustainability of Nakhon Pathom Technical College, it was found that teaching and learning management should be encouraged and supported towards a specialized vocational institute that responded to workers in the community, society and locality. Skills in using modern technology and digital technology should be trained to develop teaching and learning effectively.
