Abstract
Abstract
The objectives of this study were : 1) Formative Leadership of School Principal under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Classify the schools size Small size, Medium size and Big size., 2) Comparison of formative Leadership of School Principal under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Classify the schools size Small size, Medium size and Big size.
The population were 437 schools which under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Determining sample size for research activities of Krejcie and Morgan and sample were 205 schools. The school was used as an analytical unit, each school providing 3 information, namely the school director, Deputy School Director and Teacher. There were 615 informants. Use method stratified random sampling. The instrument was questionnaire about formative Leadership of School Principal under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The statistics for analyzing data were used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation F-test and Scheffe’s method.
The results found that : 1) ) Formative Leadership of School Principal under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Classify the schools size Small size , Medium size and Big size there is an overall average for each size were at high level in over all., And 2) Comparison of formative Leadership of School Principal under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Classify the schools size Small size, Medium size and Big size at .01 significant.
