Abstract
The purposes of this research were studying teacher’s Learning Management with Digital media and guidelines to promote teacher’s Learning Management with Digital media under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research methodology consisted of 2 parts. The first part was studying teacher’s Learning Management with Digital media under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample consisted of 327 mathematic teachers selected by stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The second part was studying guidelines to promote teacher’s Learning Management with Digital media under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Data were 5 experts selected by purposive sampling and analyzed by content analysis. The results of the research showed that 1) A study of teacher’s Learning Management with Digital media under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in the overview were at the high level. The highest mean aspect was Creating a Learning Plan. 2) There were 16 guidelines to promote teacher’s Learning Management with Digital media under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.
