School Administrator’s Transformational Leardership Affecting to The Academic Quality in South Grungthon Schools District Group Under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

Abstract
The objectives of this research were (1) to study school administrator’s transformational leadership in the South Krungthon Schools District Group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, (2)to study the academic quality of schools in the South Krungthon Schools District Group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and(3) to examine school administrator’s transformational leadership affecting to the academic quality in the South Krungthon Schools District Group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. This Research was descriptive research. The population of this study wrer 3,000 teachers in the South Krungthon Schools District group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The Sample were 341 teachers by using stratified ramdom sanpling. The research procedure consisted of 4 steps (1) Defining variables studied, (2) Determination of population and sample groups, (3) Creating and developing instrument, and (4) Data collection and research data analysis. The instrument used for data collection was questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
Major Findings: (1) School administrator’s transformational leadership in the South Krungthon Schools District Group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was at a high level. (2)The academic quality of schools in the South Krungthon Schools District Group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was at a high level. (3) School administrator’s transformational leadership affecting to the academic quality in the South Krungthon Schools District Group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration at .01 level of statistical significance.
