The Development of Learning Activity Package for Mathematics Learning Strand in the Title of Fractions of the Grade 5 Students through the Teach Less and Learn-More Activity and Active Learning

Abstract
The objectives of this research were aimed to develop the learning activity package for mathematics learning strand in the title of fractions of the grade 5 students through the teach-less and learn-more activity and active learning with the efficiency criteria of 80/80, to compare the learning achievement of the grade 5 students after learning with learning activity package for mathematics learning strand in the title of fractions of the grade 5 students through the teach-less and learn-more activity and active learning with 80-percent criteria, and to study the students’ satisfaction after learning with learning activity package for mathematics learning strand in the title of fractions of the grade 5 students through the teach-less and learn-more activity and active learning. The sample was a class of the grade 5 students of Tessaban 2 Phraya Sisunthorn Woharn (Noi Ajarayangkul) School under the supervision of Mueang Chachoengsao Municipality. The research instruments consisted of 1) four learning activity packages for mathematics learning strand in the title of fractions of the grade 5 students through the teach-less and learn-more activity and active learning with the average score between 4.35-4.66 , 2) achievement test IOC value between 0.60-1.00, the item difficulty of 0.22-0.75, the item discrimination 0.20-0.67, and the reliability of 0.89, and 3) satisfaction questionnaire IOC value between 0.60-1.00 and reliability of 0.96. The data was analyzed through mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.), and one sample T-test.
The findings revealed that the development and the efficiency of learning activity package for mathematics learning strand in the title of fractions of the grade 5 students through the teach-less and learn-more activity and active learning (E1/E2) were 87.20/90.19. The achievement of the grade 5 students was higher than 80-percent criteria. It was statistically significant at .05 level. The students’ satisfaction after using learning activity package for mathematics learning strand in the title of fractions was at a high level.
