The Strategic Management of School Affecting the Academic Quality in North Krungthon Schools District Group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

Abstract

This research objectives were (1) to study the strategic management of school in North Krungthon schools district group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, (2) to study the academic quality in North Krungthon schools district group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and (3) to examine the strategic management of school affecting the academic quality in North Krungthon schools district group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Research methodology was exploratory research.  The population of this study wrer 1,846 teachers in the North Krungthon schools district group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.  Samples, totaling sampling 320 persons, obtained via sampling technique comprised of stratified random sampling. Research procedure consisted of 4 steps (1) Determination of population and sample groups, (2) Defing variables studied, (3) Creating and developing instrument, and (4) Data collection and research data analysis. The instrument used for data collection was questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.


          Major Findings : (1) The  strategic  management  of  school  in  North  Krungthon  schools  district  group under  Bangkok  Metropolitan  Administration were at a high level, (2) The  academic   quality  in North Krungthon  schools  district  group under  Bangkok  Metropolitan  Administration  were at a high level and (3) The  strategic  management  of  school  as  a whole, School orientation and Preparation of Strategic Plan  affecting  the  academic   quality  in  North  Krungthon  schools  district group under Bangkok Metropolitan  Administration at .01 level of statistical significance.
