Quality Management and Internal Quality Assurance Performance of Bangkok District non-formal and Informal Education Centre

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to identify 1) Quality Management of Bangkok District Non–Formal and Informal Education Centre 2) Internal Quality Assurance Performance of Bangkok District Non–Formal and Informal Education Centre and 3) The Relationship between Quality Management and Internal Quality Assurance Performance of Bangkok District Non–Formal and Informal Education Centre. Samples were 44 District Non–Formal and Informal Education Centre. Three informants in each Centre were a Director, an Internal Quality Assurance Officer, and a Teacher of sub - District Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre. Included a Total of 132 Informants. The research tool used in this study was a questionnaire about the Quality Management. according to the concept of Deming And Internal Quality Assurance Performance According to the Non-formal and Informal Education Standards. The data were analyzed by using Frequency, Percentage, Arithmetic Mean, Standard Deviation, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results showed that
- Quality Management of Bangkok District Non–Formal and Informal Education Centre as a whole and each aspect was at a high level.
- Internal Quality Assurance Performance of Bangkok District Non–Formal and Informal Education Centre as a whole and each aspect was at a high level.
- The Relationship between Quality Management and Internal Quality Assurance Performance of Bangkok District Non–Formal and Informal Education Centre was found at .01 level of statistical significance.
