The Management of Scouts Skill That Affect The Development of Extraordinary Scouts in Colleges Under The Vocational Education Commission Office, Ministry of Education

Abstract

Thesis title name "The management of scout skills that affect the development of extraordinary scouts in colleges under The Vocational Education Commission Office, Ministry of Education, had 3 objectives as : 1) the administration of extraordinary scout skills in colleges under  The Vocational Education Commission. Office 2) The development of extraordinary scouts in colleges under The Vocational Education Commission Office 3) The management of boy scout skills that affect the development of extraordinary scouts in colleges under The Vocational Education Commission Office, Ministry of Education. The data collected from a sample of 395 people. The instrument was used a questionnaire with 5 rating scales. The statistics were used as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

         The results of the research showed that:

1. Extraordinary scout skills management in colleges under The Vocational Education Office, Ministry of Education, found that was a high level in overall.


2. Development of extraordinary scouts in colleges under The Vocational Education Commission Office, Ministry of Education. found that was a high level in overall.


3. Scout skill management affected the development of extraordinary scouts in colleges under The Vocational Education Commission Office, Ministry of Education at.o1 significance.
