A STUDY KNOWLEDGE SHARING BEHAVIORS IN EDUCATION QUALITY ASSURANCE THROUGH ONLINE SYSTEM OF BUNDITPATANASILPA INSTITUTE

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were 1) to study need and behaviors of knowledge sharing in education quality assurance through online system of Bunditpatanasilpa institute. 2) to design and develop of knowledge sharing in education quality assurance through online system of Bunditpatanasilpa institute. 3) to study knowledge sharing behaviors in education quality assurance staffs through online system of Bunditpatanasilpa institute. The simple use in this study was 18 quality assurance staffs at The Bunditpatanasilpa institute by cluster random sampling. The instruments research used in study wear 1) structured interview form 2) knowledge sharing activities plan 3) online knowledge sharing in education quality assurance website 4) evaluation form for knowledge sharing behaviors in education quality assurance.  The statistics used in the study wear percentage, average score and standard deviation.
           The results of this research wear as follows 1) need and behaviors of knowledge sharing in education quality assurance through online system of Bunditpatanasilpa institute was the level of “high”. 2) The design and develop of knowledge sharing in education quality assurance through online system of Bunditpatanasilpa institute was evaluated and approved by 6 experts has a quality at the level of “high”. 3) The knowledge sharing behaviors in education quality assurance staffs through online system was at the level of “ good”.
