Information Technology Competencies of School Administrators Affecting The Management of Information systems of Educational schools under The Office of Education Bangkok Metropolitan

Abstract
This research objectives are to study 1) The information technology competency of the school administrators under the the Office of Education Bangkok Metropolitan Administratiuon 2) The management of information systems of Educational schools under the Office of Education Bangkok Metropolitan Administratiuon 3) Information technology competencies of school administrators affecting the management of information systems of Educational schools under the Office of Education Bangkok Metropolitan Administratiuon.
Research methodology was Descriptive Research. The population, totaling 437 schools, included schools under the Office of Education Bangkok Metropolitan Administratiuon Samples, totaling sampling 205 schools, obtained via sampling technique comprised of stratified random sampling. Research procedure consisted of 4 steps (1) Determination of population and sample groups, (2) Difining variables studied,(3) Greating and developing instrument, and (4) Data collection and research data analysis. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires.The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Stepwise Multiple Regession Analysis.
Major Findings : 1)The information technology competency of the school administrators under the the Office of Education Bangkok Metropolitan Administratiuon were at a high level. 2) The management of information systems of Educational schools under the Office of Education Bangkok Metropolitan Administratiuon were at a high level. 3) Information technology competencies of school administrators affecting the management of information systems of Educational schools under the Office of Education Bangkok Metropolitan Administratiuon at .01 level statistical significance.
