บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารอาชีวศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ประชากร ได้แก่ บุคลากรสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก รวมทั้งสิ้น 394 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บุคลากรสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก โดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างครูแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามจำนวนสถานศึกษาเพื่อเทียบสัดส่วนครู จำนวน 191 คน และเลือกแบบเจาะจงผู้บริหาร จำนวน 5 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 196 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ค่าความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.6-1.0 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.975 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารอาชีวศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านภาวะผู้นำ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือ ด้านการสื่อสารและการจูงใจ
