Abstract

Educational personnel (Act on Regulations of Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel B.E. 2547) means educational institution administrators. Educational Administrator Including educational supporters who are responsible for providing services or the other work in connection with the teaching and learning process, supervision, and educational administration and perform other tasks in the education department. In the part of Silpakorn University the university staff are divided into groups as follows: Group 1. Administration Group Administrative Group 2 Academic and group 3 support lines. Various positions. According to the structure break
and according to employee standards each position has different duties and responsibilities. But all of the personnel the support line is considered as an important person in driving the organization and is a link between all sectors to be able to carry out the work to achieve the objectives and goals consistently.


Silpakorn University has a policy for all departments emphasize the importance of human resource development whether academic groups or support groups to be able to enter a higher position by undertaking in the form of various projects such as training to increase knowledge,  Seminar, Further education at a higher level, Study trips both domestically and internationally, etc.
