EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT FOR DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the extent of educational management system in Thailand and foreign countries for disadvantage children. The findings provide a guideline to achieve educational equality, especially for disadvantaged children. The importance of educational management for disadvantaged children is mentioned in the convention on the rights of the child, the constitutions of the kingdom of Thailand, from 1997 to present, the National Economic and Social Development Plan, and The National Education Development Plan.
