Quality of Life and Happiness in Working

Abstract
Quality of worklife is the important factors, relating towards personal happiness, composed of three main factors ; physical status, spiritual status, and mental status. These factors are effecting to the quality of life in the organization. There are the enhancing factors; job characteristics, job environment on the job performance, relationship among the subordinates in organization, benefits and rewards, and self actualization. These factors are related to working life of the employment. There are the criteria of quality of worklife and happiness that varied on the various factors; the happiness, adequateness, symmetry or unbias, fruitfulness, goal achievement, validity, justice, and feeling of self-valuable and prestigeful. The administrator in organization , both public and private sectors, should emphasize on supporting the personnel happiness, moral in working life to be the quality in organizational management.
