The development vocational training courses for the healthy food entrepreneurs
Abstract
The purposes of the research are 1) To study the need of a vocational career, and vocation training courses for entrepreneurs of healthy instant food. 2) To Develop a vocation training courses for entrepreneurs of healthy instant food. 3) To study the results of a participant who perception a vocation training courses for entrepreneurs of healthy instant food. 4 ) To study the skill of cooking healthy instant food. And 5) To observe satisfaction of a participant who provided a vocation training courses for entrepreneurs of healthy instant food. A sample group is local people, who interested in a short course vocational career in Nakhon Pathom, participants were selected for 15 people by voluntary selection. The tools conducted the research were the questions for expert interview, a questionnaire for a vocation training courses for entrepreneurs of healthy instant food, a questionnaire for healthy instant food cooking skills, and a questionnaire for consumers’ satisfaction. These tools created and improved by the researcher. Related information is analyzed by using percentage (%), average ( xˉ ), Standard deviation (S.D.), T-test dependent, and content analysis.
The result’s found
1)Preliminary result is found that people who are interested in a vocation training courses for entrepreneurs of healthy instant food give value to the course. The researcher hope that this would be an alternative for the future career. Also, people will be able to make money for themselves, and reduce malnutrition. 2) The development of the course found that the course consists of principles, the aims of a vocational career course, a form of activity for the course, media used to perform along the course, a period of a vocational career course, and assessment of a vocational career course.
3) The results from the conduct of a vocational career course from 14 participants shown that participants have significantly and statistically gained more knowledge than before participating the course at .01.The Most of participants have a highly better understanding about healthy food.
4 ) The results from skill of cooing healthy instant food were good.
5) Assessment of participants’ satisfaction shown that most of the participants are impressively satisfied
