การพัฒนาหลักสูตรเพื่อส่งเสริมชุดความคิดแบบครอบคลุมทุกคนสำหรับโครงการ Mini English Program (MEP) ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มุ่งพัฒนาและศึกษาผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยหลักสูตรเพื่อส่งเสริมชุดความคิดแบบครอบคลุมทุกคนสำหรับโครงการ Mini English Program (MEP) ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นโดยใช้การวิจัยและพัฒนาควบคู่กับการวิจัยแบบมีส่วนร่วม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ประกอบด้วย ครูผู้ร่วมวิจัย 9 คน และนักเรียน ม.1/1 จำนวน 23 คน ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 ที่ได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นต่อระดับความรู้ของตนเองของครูผู้ร่วมวิจัยด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร 2) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตร 3) แบบสังเกตการจัดการเรียนรู้ 4) แบบวัดชุดความคิดแบบครอบคลุมทุกคนของครูผู้ร่วมวิจัยและนักเรียน และ 5) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นต่อหลักสูตร การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้นบูรณาการประเด็นเกี่ยวกับกลุ่มคนชายขอบ ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์/เชื้อชาติที่หลากหลาย กลุ่มผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/เอดส์ กลุ่ม LGBTQIA+ กลุ่มศาสนาและความเชื่อส่วนน้อย กลุ่มความหลากหลายทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม และกลุ่มผู้มีความบกพร่อง ครูมีความเห็นต่อระดับความรู้ของตนเองด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรในระดับสูง โดยเฉพาะในด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้และแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับชุดความคิดแบบครอบคลุมทุกคน ค่าเฉลี่ยชุดความคิดแบบครอบคลุมทุกคนของครูเพิ่มจาก 2.92 เป็น 3.65 และของนักเรียนจาก 3.01 เป็น 3.71 ความคิดเห็นต่อหลักสูตรของครูและนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก (ครู: 3.96, S.D. = 0.80; นักเรียน: 4.02, S.D. = 0.84)
ข้อค้นพบนี้สะท้อนว่า นวัตกรรมหลักสูตรที่พัฒนาผ่านกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมสามารถส่งเสริมชุดความคิดแบบครอบคลุมทุกคน ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในบริบทของการจัดการศึกษารูปแบบสองภาษา
