DEVELOPMENT OF M-LEARNING WITH THINK-PAIR-SHARE IN THE TOPIC OF BASIC ELECTRICITY FOR GRADE 4 OF KRABYAI MUNICIPALITY KINDERGARTEN SCHOOL

Abstract

            The purposes of this research were to: 1) develop the m-learning with Think-Pair-Share in the topic of basic electricity for grade 4 of Krabyai Municipality Kindergarten School; 2) find the efficiency of the m-learning with Think-Pair-Share in the topic of basic electricity; 3) compare the learning achievement of students before and after learning through the m-learning with Think-Pair-Share in the topic of basic electricity; and 4) study the students' satisfaction with the m-learning with Think-Pair-Share. The research sample group was 35 grade 4 students at Krabyai Municipality Kindergarten School in Ratchaburi Province derived by cluster random sampling from 2 classrooms. The research tools were a learning management plan based on Think-Pair-Share, an m-learning lesson, an achievement test, and a student satisfaction questionnaire.           The results of the research were as follows: 1) the m-learning with Think-Pair-Share in the topic of basic electricity consisted of 3 units with the very good efficiency; 2) the m-learning had efficiency level (E₁/E₂) of 91.70/83.13 which met the set 80/80 criteria; 3) the posttest score was significantly higher than the pretest score at .05 level; and 4) the students’ satisfaction with m-learning with Think-Pair-Share in the topic of basic electricity was at a very good level.
