Problem of Date of Legal Consequences in Serious Disciplinary Action from Governing Power

Personnel governance of administrator or commander of institution government with governing power have discipline to be ministerial, if someone contravene and default, they must taken in disciplinary action, disciplinary action must be writing in paper. That disciplinary action is administrative act according to section 5 in Administrative Procedure Act, B.E. 2539 even disciplinary action will be seriously or not. Disciplinary action must keep justness and not against the law, especially of serious disciplinary action, if that inequitable or against the law, may be will canceled in later.
This research concludes that date of legal consequences in serious disciplinary action should be date of personnel who are taken in serious disciplinary action know that according to section 42 paragraph one in Administrative Procedure Act, B.E.2539 and date of legal consequences in serious disciplinary action must accord with Administrative Law.
