The objective of this research is to study correlations on among self-consciousness, life quality in work, organizational attachment and behaviors as good members of organization of employees of a commercial bank. The samples of this research work are 340 employees in the line of loan for small businesses of a commercial bank, who are in the level of basic level to the level lower than a director, working as permanent employees in the headquarters and branches in Bangkok. Research tools are a questionnaire of personal factors, questionnaire of self-consciousness, a questionnaire of life quality in work, a questionnaire of organizational attachment and a questionnaire of behaviors as good members of organization. The statistical techniques applied to data analysis are the analysis on Pearson’s correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. The research findings are as follows. The correlations between self-consciousness, life quality in work and organizational attachment, and behaviors as good members of organization have the statistic significance level of .01, with correlations coefficients being 0.526, 0.782 and 0.719, respectively. Therefore, it can be said that once the employees have high levels of self-consciousness, life quality in work and organizational attachment, they will have high tendency to show behaviors as good members of organization accordingly.
