The Process of Driving Strategic Projects for Local Development Through Storytelling on E-Book

This research aims to synthesize the content, processes, and outcomes of the strategic project driving local development towards sustainable development by the Faculty of Management Science, Surindra Rajabhat University, in alignment with the BCG economic model, and to produce and disseminate knowledge of the strategic project for local development by the Faculty of Management Science, Surindra Rajabhat University, through storytelling in electronic book media.The study employs qualitative and action research methodologies, incorporating participant observation, in-depth interviews, brainstorming sessions, and content synthesis. The key informants include community members, community leaders, project stakeholders, representatives of subdistrict administrative organizations, community development officers, and agricultural officers, selected through purposive sampling, totaling 50 participants. The findings reveal that: 1) the strategic project driving process aligns with the BCG (Bio-Circular-Green) economic model across various dimensions; and 2) the E-book produced under the strategic project serves as a communication tool for local development strategies. It enhances knowledge sharing and learning within the community, reflects local identity and values, supports marketing and branding efforts, fosters collaboration across sectors, and documents knowledge for sustainable development.
