Abstract

            The objectives of this research are 1) to study the conditions of effective performance-based budget management in educational institutions under the Vocational Education Office, Ubon Ratchathani Province 2) to compare the conditions of effective performance-based budget management in educational institutions. Under the Ubon Ratchathani Vocational Education Office, classified by position and work experience. The research instrument was The whole questionnaire has a reliability of 0.984 and the interview form. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation. T-test and f-test and content analysis The results of the research found that 1) effective results-oriented budget management in educational institutions Overall, the operating conditions are at a high level. 2) Results of comparing opinions. Classified by position and overall work experience Found that there was no difference Classified by educational institution size, overall, it was found to be significantly different at the .01 level. 3) Problems and approaches to performance-focused budget management.
