Quality of Life and Work Motivation Affecting Employee Performance of Service Elementary Teacher

The objectives of this research were to study the quality of life and job motivation influencing the performance of primary education teachers. The sample used in this study were the elementary Education teacher In Tha Maka District, Kanchanaburi Province, under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2. The sample were 254. Questionnaires was as a tool to collect data. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance. and multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that the demographic factor i.e age, monthly income affected the work performance of primary school teachers. Also quality of life in work influenced the work performance of primary school teacher government officials. Job motivation factors influenced the work performance of primary school teacher government officials statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
