บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเรื่องแนวทางการจัดการทางอารยสถาปัตย์ของโรงแรมในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่เพื่อรองรับ
นักท่องเที่ยวกลุ่มพิเศษ กําหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาไว้ 3 ประการคือ 1)
เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยวกลุ่มพิเศษในการเข้าใช้บริการโรงแรมในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2)
เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพและความพร้อมทางอารยสถาปัตย์ของโรงแรมในจังหวัดเชี
ยงใหม่เพื่อรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวกลุ่มพิเศษและ 3)
เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการจัดการทางอารยสถาปัตย์ของโรงแรมในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่
เพื่อรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวกลุ่มพิเศษกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ
นักท่องเที่ยวกลุ่มพิเศษที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ รวมทั้งสิ้น 400 คน
โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
คือ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard
Deviation) ด้วยโปรแกรมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสําเร็จรูป ทางสังคมศาสตร์
และผู้บริหารหรือพนักงานโรงแรมในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ รวมทั้งสิ้น 15 คน
โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแล้วนําข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
Abstract
The purposes of the study of the Universal Design Management Methods of
Hotels in Chiang Mai Province in order to Support Special Tourists aim to 1) study the
needs of special tourists on using service of hotels in Chiang Mai Province, 2) study
the universal design potentials and preparedness of hotel in Chiang Mai Province in
order to support special tourists, and 3) propose the universal design management
methods of hotels in Chiang Mai Province in order to support special tourists. Samples
in this study are 400 special tourists who visit Chiang Mai Province for travel using the
Questionnaires as the data collection instruments. Statistics used for data analysis are
Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation with Social-Science SPSS Program and 15
executives or employees of hotels in Chiang Mai using In-depth Interview. Then, the
acquitted data is analyzed using Content Analysis method.
