ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม ของจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ศึกษาโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยว ประกอบด้วย บุคลากรภาครัฐ ผู้ประกอบการและตัวแทนชุมชน ด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (purposive sampling) และแบบบอลล์หิมะ (snowball sampling) โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการบรรยายเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาพบว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ประกอบด้วย 1) การมีจิตสำนึกของประชาชนในฐานะเจ้าบ้านและจิตสำนึกของนักท่องเที่ยว 2) การประสานงานและความร่วมมือ 3) การสนับสนุนของภาครัฐในท้องถิ่น 4) การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน 5) ภาวะผู้นำชุมชน
