บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ออกแบบและพัฒนาฐานข้อมูล "เมืองดอกบัวงาม" เทศบาลนครอุบลราชธานีด้วยกูเกิลแมพแพลตฟอร์ม และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อฐานข้อมูล "เมืองดอกบัวงาม" เทศบาลนครอุบลราชธานีด้วยกูเกิลแมพแพลตฟอร์ม วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยตามหลักกระบวนการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบแบ่งเป็น 5 ระยะ เทคโนโลยีที่ใช้ ได้แก่ Google Map และ Google Street View เพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลสถานที่ในเขตเทศบาลนครอุบลราชธานี ผลการพัฒนาระบบแบ่งเป็น 4 กลุ่ม รวมทั้งสิ้น 105 จุด ได้แก่ 1) ย่านเมืองเก่า 2) วัดในเขตเทศบาลนครอุบลราชธานี 3) สถานที่หน่วยงานของภาครัฐในเขตเทศบาลนครอุบลราชธานี และ 4) แหล่งภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในเขตเทศบาลนครอุบลราชธานี ผลประเมินความพึงพอใจจากผู้ใช้จำนวน 44 คน ค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 4.22 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.74 จากผลการวิจัยนี้ทำให้ได้ระบบที่ช่วยให้นักท่องเที่ยวและผู้ที่สนใจใช้ในการสำรวจสถานที่ต่างๆ ภายในเขตเทศบาลนครอุบลราชธานี นอกจากนั้นยังได้ข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่สำคัญของเทศบาลนครอุบลราชธานี
