การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อพัฒนาชุดการสอนวิชาภูมิปัญญาไทย (การเลี้ยงปลาสลิด) สำหรับผู้เรียน ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ม.6) จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนก่อนและหลังของผู้เรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ม.6) จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ และเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียน ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ม.6) จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ที่มีต่อชุดการสอนวิชาภูมิปัญญาไทย (การเลี้ยงปลาสลิด) กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน เป็นนักเรียนชั้น ม.6 ที่ลงทะเบียนในรายวิชา ภูมิปัญญาไทย (การเลี้ยงปลาสลิด) ของโรงเรียนสตรีสมุทรปราการ ปีการศึกษาที่ 1/2556 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ชุดการสอนวิชาภูมิปัญญาไทย (การเลี้ยงปลาสลิด) แบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบวัดความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อชุดการสอน ผู้วิจัยได้เก็บข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ประสิทธิภาพของชุดการสอนวิชาภูมิปัญญาไทย (การเลี้ยงปลาสลิด) เท่ากับ 81.67/82.33 ซึ่งอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อชุดการสอนวิชาภูมิปัญญาไทย (การเลี้ยงปลาสลิด) อยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop the learning package on snake-skinned fish culturing for the Thai Wisdom Course, upper-secondary school students Samutprakarn Province; 2) to compare achievement before and after course imprementing; and 3) to study the students’ satisfaction of the learning package The sample group in this study consisted of 30 upper-secondary school students who enrolled in the Thai Wisdom Course Learning Package (The Snake Skinned Fish Culturing) at Streesamutprakarn School in the first term of the academic year B.E. 2556. The instruments used in this research were the Learning Package (The Snake-Skinned Fish Culturing), the achievement test, and satisfaction questionnaires. The data were collected and analyzed by mean, standard deviation and t-test. The findings were as follows: 1. The efficiency of learning package (The Snake-Skinned Fish culturing) are 81.67/82.33. 2. The post-test score was higher than the pre-test at a significance level .01. 3. Students’ satisfaction on the Snake-Skinned Fish Culturing Learning Package for the Thai Wisdom Course was at a high level.
