บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยเรื่อง “การให้บริการวิชาการแก่ชุมชน ของมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ : กรณีศึกษาการการพัฒนาชุดการสอนสำหรับการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้าน IT ในจังหวัดสระแก้ว โดยงานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษารูปแบบและกระบวนการให้บริการวิชาการแก่ชุมชนในด้าน IT 2) ศึกษาทัศนะ ความพีงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครู โรงเรียนบ้านวังใหม่ อำเภอวังสมบูรณ์ จังหวัดสระแก้ว จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ชุดการสอนสำหรับการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้าน IT แบบสอบถามทัศนะ ความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้าน IT ผลการศึกษา สรุปผลได้ดังนี้ 1) ได้ชุดการสอนด้าน IT ที่สอดตล้องกับความต้องการของครู โรงเรียนบ้านวังใหม่ อำเภอวังสมบูรณ์ จังหวัดสระแก้ว 2) ได้รูปแบบและกระบวนการให้บริการวิชาการแก่ชุมชนด้าน IT ที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของครู โรงเรียนบ้านวังใหม่ อำเภอวังสมบูรณ์ จังหวัดสระแก้ว คิดเป็นร้อยละ 72.60 หรือเท่ากับ 4.2 อยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ทัศนะ ความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการที่มีต่อการให้บริการวิชาการแก่ชุมชน ของมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ : กรณีศึกษาการการพัฒนาชุดการสอนสำหรับการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้าน IT สำหรับครูโรงเรียนบ้านวังใหม่ อำเภอวังสมบูรณ์ จังหวัดสระแก้ว ปรากฏว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก หรือเท่ากับ 4.2

Abstract

This thesis, titled “Srinakharinwirot University’s Academic Outreach Service: A Case Study of The Development of an Instructional Package for IT Workshop at Banwangmai School, Wangsomboon district in Sakaew Province aims, firstly, to study the community service provided by SWU in terms of its form and processes, and, secondly, to study the attitude and satisfaction of users towards the teaching kit and the service. The purposive participants were 30 teachers at Banwangmai school, Wangsomboon district, Sakaew province. The instruments used in this study consisted of the instructional package for IT workshop and the attitude and satisfaction of users towards the instructional package survey. The main findings of this study revealed as follows: 1) The forms and processes for the academic service in IT accorded with the demands of teachers at Banwangmai school, Wangsomboon district, Sakaew province revealed high level or 72.60% (overall mean = 4.2). 2) The attitude and satisfaction of users towards the instructional package for IT workshop developed by Srinakharinwirot University's academic outreach service at Sakaew province indicated high level (overall mean=4.2). 3) The instructional package for IT workshop that matched the demands of teachers at Banwangmai School, Wangsomboon district, Sakaew province was developed.
