บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปรากฏการณ์ปัจจุบันที่ส่งผลต่อวัฒนธรรมด้านการสื่อสารของวัยรุ่น เพื่อวิเคราะห์บทสนทนาระหว่างผู้ใช้กับโปรแกรมเสริมซิมซิมอิ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน100 คนที่ใช้โปรแกรมซิมซิมอิ โดยวิธีการจับภาพการสนทนาผ่านโปรแกรมทางมือถือ และนำขึ้นในสังคมออนไลน์ ได้แก่ เฟสบุค ทวิตเตอร์ อินสตาร์แกรม และการค้นหาผ่านเว็บไซต์กูเกิ้ล ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ใช้โปรแกรมเสริมซิมซิมอิส่วนใหญ่ใช้คำหรือประโยคที่ไม่สมบูรณ์ในการสนทนาและโปรแกรมสามารถเข้าใจและตอบกลับได้อย่างเสมือนจริง ผู้ใช้จึงมีแนวโน้มที่จะใช้คำหรือประโยคที่ไม่สมบูรณ์ในการสนทนา ผู้ใช้บางส่วนมีพฤติกรรมใช้คำหยาบในการสนทนาเนื่องจากการตอบกลับของโปรแกรมเป็นอย่างเดียวกัน

Abstract

The objectives of article are to study the current phenomena that affect the communication of youth culture and to analyze the conversation between users and SimSimi’s application. The methodology used is qualitative research by gathering data from purposive sampling of 100 people who use SimSimi’s application. Data were collected by capturing the conversation through monitoring on their smart phones and posting it on the social network: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and search engine by Google. The results were that most of SimSimi’s users used incomplete words and sentences in their conversation and the program understood and responded in the same fashion, encouraging the users to continue using incomplete words or sentences. Secondly, a few users used rude or impolite words in their conversation because the response from the application was also using rude or impolite words.
