Communicating method of the Museum of Ice Cream’s Concept through Social Photo Sharing on Instagram

Abstract

This article aims to studying and analyzing the way of communication in the Museum of Ice Cream’s concept in the United States of America through social photo sharing on Instagram in the account of @museumoficecream. The study covers photos all of the year 2016, including captions. The result of the study showed that there are 3 methods to communicate the viewer understand the concept: Borrowing, Repeat and Guidance. The result in these methods, each group of photos can show various issues from concept and there are more than one sign in each photo. Moreover, it can connect person to person in any culture because it easily to joy in. So this Instagram is followed by many viewers in a short time. In conclusion, other institutions can use this method to apply for promoting there organization.
