Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to 1) investigate the issues and requirements for the development of hand-woven cotton goods in the hand-woven fabric group of Ban Han Sai, Tambon Han Sai, Amphoe Aranyaprathet, Sa Kaeo Province. It was discovered that existing hand-woven cotton product designs are not in high demand among consumers. As a result, the crew has come up with the notion of creating shoulder bags and coin purses since the bags' shapes make sewing easier. Both types of bags remain popular among customers. 2) Design and produce hand-woven cotton items in Ban Han Sai, Tambon Han Sai, Amphoe Aranyaprathet, Sa Kaeo Province. The researcher has separated the data analysis stages into two portions, as shown below: Part 1 Analysis of Problems 2) To design and develop hand-woven cotton products in the hand-woven fabric group of Ban Han Sai, Tambon Han Sai, Amphoe Aranyaprathet, Sa Kaeo Province. The researcher has divided the data analysis steps into 2 parts as follows: Part 1 Analysis of problems and needs of hand-woven cotton product development. It can be concluded that the current hand-woven cotton product designs are not in demand by consumers. Therefore, the group has an idea to develop cotton product designs to solve this problem. The researcher used the analysis results from Part 1 to design 3 designs of shoulder bags and coin purses. Part 2 Evaluation of the design by design experts. The researcher took the newly developed shoulder bags and coin purse designs, 3 designs, to ask for opinions from design experts for evaluation. The issues used in the evaluation consisted of 5 issues: benefits, beauty, materials, production, and local identity. The evaluation results concluded that the draft model 1 was the most appropriate. 3) To study the satisfaction with hand-woven cotton products from the hand-woven cloth group in Ban Han Sai, Han Sai Subdistrict, Aranyaprathet District, Sa Kaeo Province, which were developed. The results of the analysis of overall average satisfaction were at the highest level, with a mean of 4.62 and a standard deviation of 0.60.
