Abstract

Study and development of basketry patterns in the central region for the creation of contemporary jewelry products. The research objectives were as follows: 1) to study basketry patterns in the central region; 2) to design basketry patterns and to create contemporary jewelry products; 3) to assess the satisfaction of basketry patterns in the central region for jewelry product creation. and the combination of materials to be contemporary The sample group used in the research included people aged 28 years and over, a jewelry selection group of 50 people. wicker pattern jewelry production process Product Characteristics jewelry manufacturing process wicker pattern Central region, patterned patterns in basketry Can be divided into 3 types of usage: 1) Basic patterns regarded as a pattern for general weaving, there are 6 patterns, namely, polka dot pattern, second pattern, third pattern, Ta Liu pattern, Khor pattern, Bong Yong pattern 2) Pattana pattern, a pattern that weavers in the past have developed and developed.
