Learning Media for Community Tourism of Kudee-Jeen Community for Middle Childhood

Abstract

This research aims to develop a learning media for commumity tourism of Kudee-Jeen community for children (middle childhood) and to evaluate the learning media development. The data was collected from documents and from the location. The tools to collect the data are the interview form to interview the residents of Kudee-Jeen community and a five-rating scale test from primary school teachers, to evaluate how appropriate the learning media for the children. The results of the learning media development are as follow; the story and the grapic are simplified. Focus on contents of the history. Adding some activities in the community. The highest average value for the evaluation results is 4.8 for the pictures and colours. The language used in the media has the lowest average value at 4.2.
