ความท้าทายของปัญญาประดิษฐ์เชิงสร้างสรรค์ (Generative AI) กับอุตสาหกรรมสื่อ: ผลกระทบ โอกาส และอนาคต

บทคัดย่อ
ในช่วงไม่กี่ปีที่ผ่านมา Generative AI ได้ก้าวเข้าสู่จุดศูนย์กลางของการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีในหลากหลายอุตสาหกรรม โดยเฉพาะอุตสาหกรรมสื่อที่ได้รับผลกระทบโดยตรงอย่างหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ (Brynjolfsson et al., 2021) การมาถึงของ Generative AI เช่น ChatGPT และ DALL-E ได้ทำให้บริบทการผลิตเนื้อหา เช่น การเขียนบทความ/ข่าว การออกแบบกราฟิก และการผลิตวิดีโอ เกิดความท้าทายใหม่ๆ อย่างไรก็ตาม การพัฒนาเหล่านี้ก็มาพร้อมกับความท้าทายที่ซับซ้อน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นปัญหาด้านจริยธรรม กฎหมาย และผลกระทบต่อแรงงานในอุตสาหกรรมสื่อดั้งเดิม
ในยุคดิจิทัล การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีเกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว โดย Generative AI เป็นหนึ่งในเทคโนโลยีที่โดดเด่นที่สุด AI ประเภทนี้ช่วยให้การสร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาโดยไม่ต้องพึ่งพามนุษย์ ซึ่งส่งผลต่อวิธีการผลิตและบริโภคสื่อในปัจจุบัน (Goodfellow et al., 2014) การนำ Generative AI มาใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมสื่อช่วยลดเวลาและต้นทุนในการผลิต ในขณะเดียวกันยังสามารถปรับแต่งเนื้อหาให้เหมาะสมกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น (Huang & Rust, 2021) ยกตัวอย่างเช่น การออกแบบกราฟิก โดย DALL-E สามารถลดเวลาการออกแบบกราฟิกจากหลายชั่วโมงให้เหลือเพียงไม่กี่นาที
