การสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยด้วยการปริทัศน์เป็นระบบ: กิจกรรมดนตรีบำบัดในฐานะเครื่องมือสื่อสารที่ใช้ในการดูแลสุขภาพในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
ดนตรีบำบัดเป็นศาสตร์ทางการแพทย์ที่ใช้ดนตรีแทนการสื่อสารและเป็นสื่อกลาง เพื่อส่งเสริมในด้านอื่น ๆ อาทิ ด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ การรับรู้ อารมณ์ การสื่อสาร สังคม และการมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี โดยเลือกใช้องค์ประกอบของดนตรีที่อ้างอิงจากงานวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของผู้รับบำบัดในแต่ละคน
การสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยด้วยการปริทัศน์เป็นระบบบนเนื้อหาทางดนตรีบำบัดในส่วนใหญ่แล้วเป็นเนื้อหาที่เจาะจงระหว่างดนตรีบำบัดและโรค หรือกลุ่มประชากรใดกลุ่มหนึ่ง ผู้วิจัยจึงเล็งเห็นความสำคัญในการรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ถึงกิจกรรมทางดนตรีที่ใช้ในการดูแลสุขภาพในประเทศไทยในระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2553–2564 โดยสังเคราะห์จากงานวิจัย 46 งาน เพื่อศึกษามิติทางด้านคุณลักษณะการตีพิมพ์ ระเบียบวิธีในการวิจัย เนื้อหาและวิธีการใช้กิจกรรมดนตรี
ผลวิจัยพบว่า งานวิจัยที่นำกิจกรรมดนตรีไปใช้ในการดูแลสุขภาพในประเทศไทย พ.ศ. 2553–2564 ส่วนใหญ่มาจากวารสาร Scopus งานวิจัยส่วนใหญ่ที่พบใช้การเปรียบเทียบ 2 กลุ่มขึ้นไปแบบมีการวัดผลการทดลองก่อนและหลังมากที่สุด การเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่พบมากสุดคือการเลือกแบบเจาะจง และผลจากการนำวิธีการใช้กิจกรรมดนตรีมาใช้ในการบำบัดระหว่างนักดนตรีบำบัด และนักวิจัยในสาขาอื่น ๆ ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย 10 ประเด็น พบว่ามีถึง 7 ประเด็นที่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
