The Ethical Leadership of School Administrators According to Teachers Opinions in Wang Hin District Under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract
The objectives of this study were 1. to study the ethical leadership of educational institution administrators according to the opinions of teachers in Wang Hin District, under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 2. to compare the ethical leadership of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers in Wang Hin District, under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified according to the size of the educational institution and operational experience. The sample consisted of 182 teachers in Wang Hin, resulting from Krejcie and Morgan's comparison table. The results of the research show that 1. For the ethical leadership of school administrators, according to teachers' opinions in Wang Hin District, the overall image is at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that the maximum average is at the aspect of being good people, receiving trust, responsibility, and justice, respectively. 2. Comparative results of the ethical leadership of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers in Wang Hin District, categorized according to the size of the educational institution, it was found that there was no difference. For the aspect of operational experience, it was found that the justice and trust aspects were significantly different at the .05 level.
