บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ประสงค์เพื่อ 1.ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูในอำเภอวังหิน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 1 และ 2.เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูในอำเภอวังหิน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา และประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน ตัวอย่างการวิจัยได้แก่ ครูในอำเภอวังหิน
ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 182 คน ซึ่งได้จากตารางเทียบกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูในอำเภอวังหิน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือด้านความเป็นพลเมืองดี รองลงมาคือ ด้านความไว้วางใจ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านความยุติธรรม 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูในอำเภอวังหิน จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน และประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานพบว่า ด้านความยุติธรรม และด้านความไว้วางใจแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
