A Model for Enhancing the Promotion of Career Education for Employment, “One Non-Formal Education of Tambon and One Career Course”, Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education, Khon Kaen Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research are to: 1) study basic information about the elements, current conditions, and desired conditions in developing a model for upgrading the promotion of vocational education for employment, “1 NFE Subdistrict 1 Vocational Curriculum"; 2) develop a model for upgrading the promotion of vocational education for employment; 3) experiment with a model for upgrading the promotion of vocational education for employment; and 4) evaluate the model for upgrading the promotion of vocational education for employment. The research type is research and development. The sample group is personnel involved in providing career education and professional lecturers from the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education, Khon Kaen Province, semester 1/2022, a total of 108 people by simple random sampling.
The results of the research found that the elements of the model for upgrading the promotion of vocational education for employment consist of six aspects, as follows: 1) Implementing the curriculum to provide education for career development. 2) The participation of network partners in promoting and supporting education for career development. 3) Creating and developing a career education curriculum 4) Product display and exhibition 5) Upgrading products to the NFE brand and developing the use of marketing promotion technology 6) Supervision, monitoring, and education management for career development. 2. The results of the design and development of the model for upgrading the promotion of vocational education for employment. The results show that it is at the highest level of appropriateness and feasibility. 3. From the trial of using the model from the study. Pilot of the Non-Formal and Informal Education Center in Phon District at the highest level 4. The results of using the model for upgrading the promotion of vocational education for employment have the highest satisfaction evaluation results.
