บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีความวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบ สภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการพัฒนารูปแบบการยกระดับการส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาอาชีพเพื่อการมีงานทำ “1 กศน.ตำบล 1 หลักสูตรอาชีพ” 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการยกระดับการส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาอาชีพเพื่อการมีงานทำ 3) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการยกระดับการส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาอาชีพเพื่อการมีงานทำ 4) ประเมินผลรูปแบบการยกระดับการส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาอาชีพเพื่อการมีงานทำ ประเภทงานวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการศึกษาอาชีพและวิทยากรวิชาชีพ ของสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจังหวัดขอนแก่น ภาคเรียนที่ 1/2022 รวมทั้งสิ้น 108 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบง่าย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการยกระดับการส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาอาชีพเพื่อการมีงานทำ ได้องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบ 6 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการนำหลักสูตรไปดำเนินการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาอาชีพ 2) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่ายในการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาอาชีพ 3) ด้านการสร้างและพัฒนาหลักสูตรการศึกษาอาชีพ 4) ด้านการจัดแสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการ 5) ด้านการยกระดับสินค้า/ผลิตภัณฑ์ สู่ กศน.แบรนด์และการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีส่งเสริมการตลาด 6) ด้านการนิเทศ ติดตาม การจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาอาชีพ 2. ผลการออกแบบและพัฒนารูปแบบการยกระดับการส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาอาชีพเพื่อการมีงานทำ ผลปรากฏว่า มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. จากการทดลองใช้รูปแบบจากการศึกษานำร่องของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอพล อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 4. ผลการใช้รูปแบบการยกระดับการส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาอาชีพเพื่อการมีงานมีผลประเมินความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
