Effectiveness of Academic Management Model of Primary Schools in Nonthaburi Province Office of the Basic Education Commission

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the conditions of academic administration, and 2) to promote factors of effective academic administration in primary schools in Nonthaburi Province under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The sample group includes educational institution directors or those holding the position of educational institution head, a person acting in the position of director of an educational institution, and the Deputy Director of the Academic Administration Group or Academic Supervisor, totaling 127 people from primary schools in Nonthaburi Province under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The data were analyzed through content synthesis (content analysis). The data were analyzed using ready-made programs. The statistics used are: 1) percentage 2) Average, and 3) Standard Deviation.
The research results found that Conditions of academic administration and factors promoting academic administration that are effective in primary schools in Nonthaburi Province Overall, the practice was at a high level ( = 3.65, S.D. = 0.63) when considering each aspect. It was found that compliance was at a high level in every aspect. In order from highest to lowest, they are educational measurement and evaluation ( = 3.72, S.D. = 0.60), educational guidance ( = 3.71, S.D. = 0.58), educational supervision ( = 3.70, S.D. = 0.62 ) in the development of internal quality assurance systems ( = 3.67, S.D. = 0.62) in the development of educational institution curricula and the aspect of developing the learning process ( = 3.64, S.D. = 0.63), the aspect of developing and promoting learning resources ( = 3.63, S.D. = 0.63). The aspect with the lowest practice was the aspect of research to develop the quality of learning, study, and media development Innovation and technology for education ( = 3.58, S.D. = 0.72), respectively.
