รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการที่มีประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดนนทบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ และปัจจัยส่งเสริมการบริหารงานวิชาการที่มีประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดนนทบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาหรือผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งหัวหน้าสถานศึกษา หรือผู้ที่รักษาการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา และรองผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มบริหารวิชาการหรือหัวหน้างานวิชาการ จำนวน 127 คน จากโรงเรียนโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดนนทบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีการสังเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป และสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ 1) ร้อยละ (Percentage) 2) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Arithmetic Mean) และ 3) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ และปัจจัยส่งเสริมการบริหารงานวิชาการ ที่มีประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.65, S.D. = 0.63) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลการศึกษา (
= 3.72, S.D. = 0.60) ด้านการแนะแนวการศึกษา (
= 3.71, S.D. = 0.58) ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา (
= 3.70, S.D. = 0.62) ด้านการพัฒนาระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายใน (
= 3.67, S.D. = 0.62) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา และด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ (
= 3.64, S.D. = 0.63) ด้านการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมให้มีแหล่งการเรียนรู้ (
= 3.63, S.D. = 0.63) ส่วนด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา และด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา (
= 3.58, S.D. = 0.72) ตามลำดับ
