Abstract

This Article aims to study the management conditions for enhancing the quality of public vocational colleges. Under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission and the components of management to raise the quality system of public vocational colleges. Under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. The sample was school administrators; they were selected by the Krejcie and Morgan table (1970). The instrument for collecting data was a 5-Rating Scale questionnaire with 50 items. The statistical items used for data analysis were the mean and standard Deviation. Analysis of data by Descriptive statistics and Content Analysis.


The results showed that the overall picture of Management conditions for enhancing the quality of public vocational colleges Under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission is at a high level, and elements of management needed to raise the quality system of public vocational colleges Under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission consist of 5 components: management, strategy, participation, focus on results, and control, with 34 indicators.
