Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of people's satisfaction toward the services of Taweewattana Subdistrict Administrative Organization; 2) to study guidelines and suggestions for the service of Taweewattana Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sai Noi District, Nonthaburi Province. This research is a survey and quality research by collecting data with service users in activities and missions of 5 tasks provided from the organization. The population sample in this research is 400 people in total. The researcher has determined the size of the sample using a ready-made table (Krejcie & Morgan, cited in Kaiwan, 2002), stratified random sampling by village, address of service recipients. The sample size was 400 people. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage and qualitative research uses the interview form, which is a tool for collecting data from interviews. The key informants were 20 people who received services in the area.


The results of the research were as follows: 1. Most of the respondents in the sample group of people who were contacted for service and answered the questionnaire were female, amounting to 201 people, representing a percentage of 50.2%. 2. The satisfaction level of service recipients, provided the overall picture is at the highest level. 3. Service procedures. Service channels, Service personnel and Service personnel were at the highest level for the overall picture.
