Modern Human Resource Management Affecting Private School Academic Efficiency Under the Office of Education Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to study human resource management in the modern era, academic efficiency, and modern human resource management that affects educational efficiency in private schools under the office of education in Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The samples used in this research were private school teachers under the office of education in Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The sample group used in this study was 227 people. The random sampling method was used for the specific selection. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The confidence value was 0.92. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation—the hypothesis testing statistics—including multiple regression analysis with a stepwise method.


           The results showed that the average modern human resources of private school teachers under the office of education in Nakhon Si Thammarat province's opinions were high. Moreover, when considering each aspect, it was found that discipline and discipline maintenance have the highest mean at the highest level. Regarding academic efficiency, according to private school teachers under the office of education in Nakhon Si Thammarat province’s opinions, the average was high. When considering each side, it was found that the development of the learning process has the highest mean at the highest level. The results of the hypothesis testing found that the new era of human resource management involves termination, nomination, and appointment. Furthermore, planning the workforce and positioning affect academic efficiency in private schools under the office of education in Nakhon Si Thammarat province is statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
