ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจปลูกไผ่เป็นพืชพลังงานของชุมชนตำบลขุนตัดหวาย อำเภอจะนะ จังหวัดสงขลา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจของชุมชนในการปลูกไผ่เป็นพืชพลังงาน โดยประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมตามแผน (Theory of Planned Behavior: TPB) ที่เพิ่มตัวแปรเสริมด้านการรับรู้การสนับสนุน (POS) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในตำบลขุนตัดหวาย อำเภอจะนะ จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 322 คน (322 ครัวเรือน) ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสุ่มเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสะดวก (Convenience sampling) ครอบคลุมทั่วพื้นที่ครบทั้ง 9 หมู่บ้านในตำบล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าสถิติพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจปลูกไผ่มากที่สุดคือ การรับรู้ความสามารถในการควบคุมพฤติกรรม (β = 0.474, p < .001) รองลงมาคือบรรทัดฐานทางสังคม (β = 0.216, p < .001) ในขณะที่การรับรู้การสนับสนุน (POS) ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจในทิศทางลบ (β = -0.118, p = .019) และทัศนคติไม่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจ ตัวแปรทั้งหมดสามารถอธิบายความตั้งใจปลูกไผ่เป็นพืชพลังงานได้ร้อยละ 40.20 และผลการวิจัยยังพบว่าปัจจัยด้านระดับการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้การสนับสนุนและความตั้งใจอย่างชัดเจน โดยกลุ่มที่มีระดับการศึกษา ม.3 หรือต่ำกว่า รับรู้การสนับสนุนสูงที่สุด แต่กลับมีความตั้งใจใช้เป็นพืชพลังงานต่ำที่สุด ดังนั้นผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่าการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายปลูกไผ่พลังงานควรเน้นการสร้างความง่ายในการจัดการ และการใช้ประโยชน์จากการสื่อสารผ่านผู้นำในชุมชน สร้างความเข้าใจและมีเครื่องมือจัดการให้การปลูกไผ่เป็นเรื่องง่าย เพื่อให้ระดับการศึกษาจะไม่เป็นอุปสรรคอีกต่อไป และมีโอกาสส่งเสริมการรับรู้การสนับสนุนในทางบวกได้อีกทางหนึ่งด้วย
