Abstract

                       In 2015 fiscal year, the Office of Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission cooperates with Royal Police Cadet Academy (RPCA) to conduct assessment of public sector.Including central sector, regional sector and local sector. Targets include a total of 657 units,to make recommendations for leading to raise integrity and transparency level in the conduct of government of Thailand to be better with a third assessment by the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission set; an assessment comments of the officials within the agency, an assessment comments of clients or stakeholders of the agency and an assessment of public sector
using empirical evidence.
                       Summary of the integrity and transparency found that the units have a score in the very high level representing 19.66 percent, the high level 76.98 percent and the medium level 3.35 percent. Analyzing the fifth assessing index showed that the index of public sector participating in the assessment highest score is Corruption - Free Index representing 89.64 percent, followed by an Accountability Index representing 81.27 percent, the third is a Transparency Index representing 73.10, the fourth a Morality Culture in the organization Index 65.51 percent, and the last score is a Work Integrity Index representing 64.02 percent.
                       The results of integrity and transparency to conduct of public sector found that the overall of public sector to assess participants with an average score of 78.31 points, equivalent criteria integrity and transparency level. The analysis depends on the department by scoring, score is very high represented 35.37 percent and a department of score in the high represented 64.63 percent. The results of provincial level found that the overall of provincial level public sector participated in the assessment, with an average score of 76.27 points, equivalent to the criterion of integrity and transparency at a high level. Analyzed by province, scoring criterion
found that in the very high level representing 7.89 percent and the high level representing 92.11 percent. The results of regional level found that the overall local government attended with participate assessment, an average score of 71.64 points, equivalent to the criterion of the integrity and transparency at a high level. An analysis made by the local government attended  scoring discovered that local governments at a very high representing 7.83 percent, at the high level representing 85.41 percent and medium level representing 6.76 percent.
                        By the results, the government should have taken the project seriously and continuously. As well as, a long-term in action plan set out in public sector for sever the national strategy, the preventing and suppression of corruption Phase 3 (2018 -2022), in order to drive and develop long term of prevention and suppression of corruption in the government sector and should be promoted to public awareness of the problem of corruption in Thailand. As well as, encouraging people to contribute in the corruption prevent even more. To enhance and sustain prevention and suppression of corruption in the public sector.
