A Guideline of Online Fraud Investigation: A Case Study in Khon Kaen

Abstract
In this present. The happen of Online Fraud within Khon Kaen Provincial Police Area have been dramatically increasing and not incompatible with the succession of investigation. This research aims for study for a guideline that Khon Kaen Provincial Police use to solve the Online Fraud investigations including Problems and obstacles of investigations to improve a guideline for more efficient in the Online Fraud investigation. The number of 5 Sample is from the Khon Kaen Provincial Police investigation officer and other 5 Sample is from Police Forensic Science Center 4 and a 10 copy of a File case about Online Fraud. The result is the officers cannot investigate the private information about criminal by themself. The officers have to request the information from the other institution or company, That makes the investigation delayed. And thus the number and knowledge of the officers is not efficient enough due to the increasing number of Online Fraud. So if they have a specific institution for sending information between them, That will definitely increase efficient of the Online Fraud investigation, And frequently improve and acknowledge the officers.
