Abstract

                      According to society evolution in the past 4 eras; the agriculture era, the light industry era, the heavy industry era and the digital era. It’s important factors to change the condition of the family. Which The key element of the family is parents and children. When the structure of society changes. Causing the pressure on the society. The directly families, if a family does not adapt to society that it can cause stress, case violence in family and as a follow it’s a social problem. The important variable of the family is the maternal who is woman that responsible for childbirth, breast feeding and home care. If a woman that is the maternal got a violent from her family, the affected most of her by her husband. It will cause an abnormal mental, child care is distorted affected to child has deviated behavior.
                      This article presents aspects of social change that cause a woman to experience a mental disorder from a long-term battered woman syndrome (Battered Woman Syndrome). By her husband and cause them to become criminals, kill her husband or plan to hire them to kill their husbands. When these women were sentenced to several years in prison, the consequences are; if there are children who are still children and young people will miss the father died. Then the mother was imprisoned, so these children and youth. Will be how to care them? This may cause problems to society in the future. In Thailand, the killing of another person will be subject to criminal prosecution in any case. While in Australia and the United States, will be except a women are kills her husband because she has been abused by her husband for a long time, also known as Battered Woman Syndrome (BWS).
                      Thailand was trying to push a women are imprison legal from abused by her husband for a long time litigation. To be a pressure cause to retort until kill her husband died for avoiding to women into prison.
