บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยฉบับนี้ได้ศึกษาปัญหาในการทำงานของพนักงานสอบสวน เจ้าหน้าที่พิสูจน์หลักฐาน และเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจธุรการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการส่งมอบวัตถุพยาน จากการสัมภาษณ์เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจได้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงความซ้ำซ้อนในการออกเอกสารบันทึกข้อความ ทำให้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างไม่เต็มประสิทธิภาพ และยังส่งผลให้ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการส่งมอบวัตถุพยานไม่เป็นไปตามหลักความต่อเนื่องในการครอบครองพยานหลักฐานเท่าที่ควร ผู้วิจัยจึงพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับการส่งมอบวัตถุพยานเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาในการออกเอกสารซ้ำซ้อน โดยแอปพลิเคชันสามารถออกเอกสารบันทึกข้อความจากการบันทึกข้อมูลลงในแอปพลิเคชันเพียงหนึ่งครั้ง ทั้งนี้แอปพลิเคชันมีคุณสมบัติแสดงข้อมูลความต่อเนื่องในการครอบครองวัตถุพยานแต่ละชิ้น โดยแสดงข้อมูลสถานะและรายชื่อผู้ครอบครองพยานหลักฐาน ผลลัพท์ที่ได้จากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญมีความพึงพอใจระดับมากที่สุด โดยให้ความเห็นว่าแอปพลิเคชันทำงานได้เสถียร เป็นไปตามกระบวนการ และมีความครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ดี สามารถออกเอกสารบันทึกข้อความได้ และมีข้อมูลลำดับการครอบครองวัตถุพยาน ทั้งนี้แอปพลิเคชันสามารถนำไปพัฒนาร่วมกับระบบงานอื่นของสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติต่อไป
