The Development of An International Photography Festival Management Model

Abstract

This article forms a component of a dissertation that focuses on the creation of an international photo festival management model. The primary objective of this study is to develop a comprehensive toolkit for the design and management of an international photo festival that can be transferred and nurtured through the utilization of the knowledge garnered from the management of Chiang Mai Photography Festival. This will enable new generations of personnel to acquire various processes and methods in a relatively short duration.


The research endeavors to put forward development guidelines that stem from the concept diagram, specifically in the Canvas Template (Business Model Canvas), through a process of operational research. The outcome is a set of templates that are designed to cater to the specific needs of the International Photography Festival Model Canvas, the multilayer International Photography Festival Model responds to the context and nature of photo festivals and aims to enhance the ability to effectively support large-scale project workflows.
